For landlords

Never miss a
CP12 renewal.

Your Landlord Gas Safety Certificate is a legal requirement every 12 months. Work out your renewal date below, and let us remind you before it's due.

Annual legal requirement

Never miss a CP12 renewal again.

Every landlord must have their gas appliances, flues and pipework checked at least every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and give tenants the record within 28 days. Enter your last certificate date and we'll work out when the next one's due - and, if you like, remind you before it expires.

  • Free reminder service - we won't spam you
  • One email, around 30 days before it's due
  • Portfolio landlords welcome

Prefer to just book it? Call 020 7251 3418 or see our CP12 service.

Your legal obligations, briefly

  • Gas appliances, flues and pipework in let property must be checked at least every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
  • You must give existing tenants a copy of the record within 28 days of the check, and new tenants a copy at the start of the tenancy.
  • The legal duty sits with you, the landlord, under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
  • Non-compliance carries serious penalties - it's not worth the risk, and a reminder makes it easy.
