Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
Your legal annual gas check - booked, done and certified.
Every landlord has a legal duty under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to have gas appliances, flues and pipework checked at least every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and to give tenants the record within 28 days. We carry out the check, issue the CP12, and - if you want - remind you before it's due again.
